Story or audio failed

Technical failures do not use one of the account’s daily story attempts. Try again, or email support@vidifyads.com if the problem continues.

Privacy or safety concern

Stop playing the story and email support@vidifyads.com with the adult account email, story title, and approximate creation time. Do not email a child’s name or other private information.

Delete your account

Open the Story Studio and choose “Delete my account and stories.” This removes active story records, stored audio, and the account. If deletion does not complete, contact support from the address on the account.

Accessible help

If a disability-related barrier prevents you from creating, reading, or hearing a story, tell us what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We will work with you on an accessible alternative.
