SLEEPIFY Terms of Use

These terms form an agreement between you and Speechify, Inc. when you access or use SLEEPIFY. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Adults and accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, and authorized to use the account. Children may listen with an adult but may not create accounts, operate the service, or submit information. You are responsible for your account, credentials, activity, and reviewing each story before sharing it with a child.

Your inputs and stories

You retain your rights in inputs you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, modify, and transmit them only as needed to operate, secure, support, and fulfill your SLEEPIFY requests. As between you and SLEEPIFY, we do not claim ownership of generated stories, but the law may not recognize exclusive rights in AI-generated material. Generated stories and audio are for personal, non-commercial family use.

Acceptable use and child safety

Do not submit a child’s full name, exact birth date, address, contact details, school, health information, photo, voice, or other sensitive information. Do not use SLEEPIFY to break the law; violate privacy or other rights; create sexual, exploitative, violent, hateful, deceptive, or dangerous content; encourage secrecy from a parent; distribute malware; evade safeguards; probe systems without permission; or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits.

AI-generated output

Generated stories may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable despite our safeguards. Automated review reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every story is appropriate. Review the complete text before playing it to a child and stop playback if anything concerns you. SLEEPIFY is not medical, therapeutic, educational, childcare, or safety advice.

Service changes and termination

SLEEPIFY is offered as a generally available production service. We may update features, perform maintenance, or temporarily suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, prevent harm, or address a material breach. You may stop using SLEEPIFY and delete your account at any time.

Send copyright concerns to support@vidifyads.com with your contact information, the work claimed, the material at issue, a good-faith and accuracy statement, and your signature.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SLEEPIFY is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Speechify, Inc. and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. These terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

Mandatory consumer protections and non-waivable local rights still apply. We may update these terms and will post material changes with a new effective date. Contact support@vidifyads.com with questions.
